During showings, she is extremely observant and able to point out assets as well as concerns regarding properties. She is honest and forthright...I really appreciated her opinions. Jessica also organized multiple showings to help us get through a tour in an efficient yet comprehensive manner. I can’t say enough positive things about her...she negotiated very well and helped me get the property I wanted at a fair price and helped me with other contingencies. She was available to answer my question and concerns regarding contract issues, etc and made me feel confident and comfortable during the entire buying and closing process. Also, Jessica is personable, easy going and has a great sense of humor.... I really enjoyed working with her! You can tell she loves her job and working with her clients as well.
